We believe that technical communication projects should be conducted with proper project methodology. When we begin a project, we will typically include the following major elements in the analysis phase.

• User needs analysis.
• Documentation needs analysis.
• Recommendations, cost, and schedule summaries for document development.
• TOC development for accepted projects.
